The IJL Select process simple, it's outsourcing your dating life to our professional matchmakers who are genuinely interested in understanding you and the kind of person you are looking to meet. With over 32 years and thousands of dating success stories, we know we have the experience required to improve your chances of success and take the legwork out of dating.

Getting Started.
It’s easy. Simply call us for a confidential interview with a professional matchmaker who will learn all about you, your past dating and relationship experience, and what you are looking for in a potential partner. If we determine we have great matches for you, we’ll get you started.
Making The Match.
Our insightful, professional matchmakers will hand-select matches for you based on your interview, our tried and true fundamentals and, of course, our matchmaker's intuition. Throughout your membership, we also utilize the on-going feedback we receive from you after every date, in order to fine tune the process along the way.
Setting The Date.
Each time a match is selected for you, we call you sharing all the details of the person we are introducing you. Keep in mind confidentiality is a priority; we only share your first name, we never reveal your address, last name, phone number, email address or where you work. In our conversation we provide you with a detailed description of your selected match, including why we think you are going to enjoy meeting them.
Meeting My Date.
Our matchmakers arrange all of the details for you. You just show up at the restaurant and enjoy your date. If your schedule makes meeting for lunch difficult, we also arrange dates for a drink after work or a weekend brunch. Our goal is that the match is well-suited and the time and place are convenient for both of you. We like to create an environment that makes getting to know the other person as comfortable and easy as possible (and fun!).
After The Date.
At the end of the date, you can exchange contact information or business cards. If you are interested in a second date, then why not even schedule date number two! Then, the day following the date, we ask that you contact us with your feedback. Feedback is an important part of the matchmaking process. Based on your comments and overall impression of the person, we'll fine tune your future matches. The process couldn't be any easier!
